My brother hes a15yr. old Jack Russell has been diagnosed with cancer about a year ago. Hes been on meds ever since the diagnosis. He's have the lump for a while, never looked like this until up till a day and a half ago. It just rapidly progressed to his leg, almost over night. His breathing worsened. He gasps for air. My mother honestly needs help. She's disabled, just starting the process of trying to get SSI. Im her son, also disabled for the time being due to work related back and leg injuries. So things are tough and hard for her right now. This is an extreme emergency! She don't want him to suffer any longer. Please please help! I could send videos, pictures, medication, sounds of him breathing/ gasping. We could all meet or phone calls. Whatever it takes to to prove that this is an absolute emergency and just trying to help my little brother, also my mother and I. Please and thank you.
