Hello, My name is Maria Johnson and I reside in Huntersville, NC.  I am a stay at home mother of six children and wife to my amazing husband of 23 years.  I have been on the search for a property and land for three years now since I moved here from Minneapolis, MN.  North Carolina has such amazing land and old vacant homes.  I have most likely wrote over 100 people regarding their properties.  I've only had about two people respond.  I've can't give up on my dream to open a Bed & Breakfast.  It's not only for myself, but it's a legacy I would love to pass on to my children and the future generation. I am looking for funds to purchase this historical house that sits on 9 acres of land in North Carolina. It has been on the market for almost 10 years. It was almost sold to developers and made into a senior community.  However, It fell through and I think this is my chance.  Ever since I was a little girl, I always had a dream to open up a old school bed & breakfast.  A place that serves hot meals and loves on people from all walks of life.  I have had a marriage ministry for over 10 years.  I would love to give married couples a place to reconnect and escape the craziness of life.  I want to fill these walls with laughter, love, and a since a family. I want to throw marriage retreats and have a venue that celebrates love, God, and his beauty… A blessing house of sorts.  These funds will help me be able to put a cash offer on the property.  I will also use these funds to fix up the house and purchase beautiful vintage furnishings for the house.  I will also use the funds to order signage and materials to bless my guest with.  God gave me a vision years ago to pour into couples who need that extra push to keep going.  To build families us in the process.  I thank you so much for believing in my dream with me and prayerfully you will be able to stay at my Bed & Breakfast one day.  I would love for you to walk the land, and enjoy a hot breakfast.  May God Bless you, and again, Thank you.
