Hello, I have suffered from endometriosis since high school but was not officially diagnosed until my first laproscopy in 2007. I have lived with debilitating pain for over 20 years and I'm ready to give my all to my children and grandson. I have 2 adult children and 13 year old twin boys, I want to be pain free for them. I have many inflammatory illnesses that exacerbate my pain and this is my first step to recovery. They've watched me suffer in pain since they came into our life at 4 years old. I have planned surgery for June 5, 2023. My husband lost his job back in September 2022 and has since began his own business from ground up so we are still getting back on our feet. I'm a teacher for special needs children, life skills K-5th, and they need my all. This survey is an out of network procedure, so insurance is not an option.
