I'm trying to help Eva. She is one of the hardest working women I've ever met, she takes great pride in the work she does as an account manager for a large landscape company here in New Bern NC. She has made a name for herself in the area over the years because of her great knowledge of the plants and customers needs. She loves this type of work. 

In January of this year she suffered a heart attack while at work. She got 3 stints in that day and was in the hospital for about a week. On March 6th she had a quadruple bypass that went well and was in the hospital for about a week again. About a month later she was cleared to go back to work, although she had been working during every stay in the hospital already doing scheduling and communicating with her crews every day. The week she did go back in the field and visiting her customers she began showing signs of an infection, on top of the constant pain in her chest and left arm. She found out a nerve was damaged during the bypass. She went to the emergency room due to the infection and it was serious, she was admitted to the hospital again for 10 days this time while they had to open the surgery scar and remove infected tissue. She was sent home and scheduled to go every week to get antibiotics through infusion and wound care. Now in the first week of June, she's back in the hospital due to the infection recurring around the wires used in the original open heart surgery. Unfortunately, she had no health insurance during all this. Her hospital bill is up to around $200,000 at this time. She was approved for medicaid, which will probably cover most of that. She still has to pay for many medications out of pocket, many are not covered by the medicaid. We are asking for money to help her pay for medications and help with her daily living expenses for the near future. She is on a salary at her job, but due to all the time she can't be at work she has lost a lot of money in commissions that are a large part of her income. She really needs some time to actually take care of herself and have time to heal. Please, if you can she needs your help through small monetary donations. She has fallen behind on many bills and maxed out credit cards trying to survive.
