Help Us Overcome a Tough Time**

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Hearts,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Christy, and I am a 46-year-old single mother living in Missouri. I want to share my story with you, hoping to find support during a challenging time.

I am the proud mom of my special needs teenager, Cameron, who is 19 years old. Due to his unique needs, I have dedicated myself to being his primary caregiver at home. He's learning on 7th grade level currently and my being home is per doctor's orders. As a family, we rely on Social Security disability for our income, and I’ve worked hard to manage our finances responsibly. For over two and a half years, I’ve stayed on top of our bills and have been determined to provide a stable home for Cameron.

Unfortunately, life has thrown us a series of curveballs recently. In just a week and a half, we faced two busted pipes and a broken refrigerator, which drained our savings completely. Now, I find myself in a difficult situation where I need to come up with money for our electric bill and groceries.
