The flooding backs up to the kitchen where I was obligated to make the wedding cake and cupcakes  for my grandsons wedding March 28. The General Contractor said that insurance moves so slowly that it will be 1.5 to 2 months to mitigate the damage. I cannot safely make the things for the wedding. We have a 1000k deductible and I need to hire the cake and cupcakes out. Estimating everything to surpass 5k. We are living in a constructed zone and sleeping in our living room for up to 2 months at age 68. Not easy. Please help us mitigate our expenses as we are on a limited income. Thank You!!
