Hi, I’m so excited to share that I’m planning to start my first year of college this fall as a Speech Pathology major! This is a huge step for me—not only am I a first-time undergraduate student, but I’ll also be living on campus with the support of my amazing mom, a hardworking educator who has always done her best to help me reach my goals.

I’ve been fortunate to receive grants, scholarships, and student loans to help pay for school. I’ve applied for everything available to me—but even after all the aid has been applied, I still have a remaining balance that we can’t cover on our own. That’s why I’m reaching out.

I’m passionate about speech pathology because I want to help others find their voice—just like I’ve been given the chance to find mine. This degree will allow me to support children and families who need help with communication, and I’m so ready to begin this journey.

Your support would help cover the remaining costs for housing, tuition, meals, and books, I’ll need for campus life. My goal is to raise the remaining balance by August 15 so I can start this semester. I would like to be fully prepared and focused on learning—not worrying about how we’ll pay for it or if I can even start a program I’m so passionate about. 

I’m so grateful for any donation. No amount is too small. And even if you can’t donate, sharing this means the world to me.  I will be able to start my journey and my mom won‘t feel as though she has let me down.
