My father passed away Saturday on August 17 2024 due to negligence in the hands of Warren Barr south loop facility my father had a major stroke and was only there for 2weeks for only rehabilitation but due to lack of care they let my father pass away im just asking to please help his family try to bury him and put him away nice thanks anything is appreciated
