On July 25, 2025, our family was shattered by the heartbreaking and unexpected loss of two beloved young cousins, Josue Aquino Dubon and David Dubon, in Honduras.

At this time, their deaths are still under investigation, but it is presumed to be a tragic and unimaginable situation in which one of the boys may have taken the life of the other before taking his own. This is something no family should ever have to face—losing two young lives in such a painful and complex way.

Their parents are now living through every parent’s worst nightmare, mourning the loss of both of their children under circumstances that words can hardly describe. In the midst of this sorrow, they are also facing the overwhelming burden of arranging two funerals.
