You never imagine tragedy hitting your own family, until one day, it does... 
 

Our hearts are broken and our family is  hurting.  We trusted our local nursing home with caring for our loved one. While he was undergoing treatment from A open wound. They neglected him until his got malnourished from not being feed and/or cared for & died with bed sores & his stomach almost touching his back.

Jerome is A Father, son, uncle, brother, grandfather, cousin & friend.
