As many of you know, my husband Robert passed away suddenly on July 18th from a triple aortic aneurysm. I woke up and found him unresponsive, called 911 and began CPR. By the time the medics came there was nothing that could be done to save him. His mother is in an assisted living facility. I've been in contact with her and her power of attorney doing everything I can to try to get funds to pay for his cremation and memorial service at Hiers Baxley funeral home in Belleview, Florida. Between his mother's deteriorating health and dementia and her power of attorney it's been an endless cycle of phone calls and visits, with no financial help being given. This is a very time sensitive situation, and I have found a place that will cremate my husband for $800 dollars called Crevasse cremation in Ocala. If any of my friends would be able to give a few dollars, I'm praying this will be able to come to fruition. I am unsettled and unable to think about anything else other than taking care of my husband and honoring him after twenty four wonderful years together.
