In Loving Memory of Estoria Bergstad
It is with broken hearts that we share the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved Tori, a devoted mother, wife, sister, and friend.
On March 20th, 2026, our lives were forever changed. While traveling from Ruthville to Glenburn in a box truck filled with appliances, Tori and her husband Lester were involved in a devastating accident. Due to extremely high winds, the vehicle caught the shoulder of the road; when they attempted to maneuver back onto the highway, the truck struck an approach and flipped.
Tragically, Tori was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Her husband, though surviving with numerous cuts, bruises, and embedded glass, is now facing the unimaginable task of navigating this grief alongside their three children.
Tori leaves behind a family who loves her dearly, including her husband, her three children, her sister, her two brothers, and many nieces, nephews, and in-laws. The loss is immense, and our hearts are shattered.
How You Can Help
So many of you have reached out, asking how you can support our family during this devastating time. While no amount of words or actions can bring her back, providing her with a respectful and peaceful farewell is the most meaningful way we can honor her memory.
We are organizing a simple cremation and a memorial service to celebrate her life and allow our family, especially her three children, to begin the long process of healing.
We have set up this fund to cover the costs associated with these services. Every cent raised will go directly to Thompson Larson Funeral Home to pay for the cremation and the memorial service.
Any contribution, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated. If you are unable to donate, we completely understand; we simply ask that you keep our family, and especially her children, in your thoughts and prayers as we try to find a way forward.
Thank you for your love, your support, and for helping us honor Tori in the way she deserves.
With gratitude,
Patty Reiswig (Sister-in-Law)
