The success of an athlete is not down to just the hard work and talent. The family has to support the athlete which is with transportation and travel to events as well as equipment . my son has had to turn down many opportunities simply because we are not able to fund them. Last year he was invited to youth commonwealth games which we had to decline. Just getting to track meets in the province with an old and  unreliable vehicle that may have to double as our bed for the night means often the decision is already made. If you are not Able to donate please send prayers . we would gladly accept offers in kind but have no idea how that works on this platform.
