Today was a really busy day for Haley. We had physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy following a test run interview for one of the iPads that you can control with your eyes that she did really good on. She got custom molded for her hand, splints her arm splints, and her feet splints that will be adjustable from where she resides. We also had the wheelchair people come in. Hers was measured out and custom made by the wheelchair guy to fit her needs, we will have a temporary one to use and tell her is completely built, which could take a little bit of time. We’re about 30 days out from discharge of going home and starting that routine and rehab is helping us prepare for that in all areas so we are prepared to keep moving forward at Haley’s pace . She is worn slick today

About this fundraiser

Thank you to everyone that has helped us already so far along Haley‘s journey from her car accident. We are currently in a rehab rehabilitation center in Nebraska. I am not working except for about a week a month as of now so any support that we could get for this will be very grateful. I am trying to look and save for a wheelchair accessible vehicle with a lift so when this is all done, I will be able to transport her and we can continue living on. I currently only have an F150 truck which isn’t going to cut it. She will have many appointments I will need to get her too and everything else that life throws at us here forward. I’m usually not one to ask for help but at this time it’s basically my only option when we got here to the rehab rehabilitation center. She was scoring about a 11-12 on her consciousness, awareness test and she recently scored a 17 so we are improving consciousness wise. Haley is still unable to move much of her body on her own, but we are doing therapies every day to improve that we currently have done Botox and awaiting its results and see if it will help her with the stiffness and posturing from her head injury. Just taking it one day at a time because it’s going to be a long journey for Haley trying to prepare and be ready for whatever comes our way to make sure that she can have the best life she can after this horrific accident.. all money donated on this platform will be going towards the best vehicle I can get with the amount I can come up with that will meet her needs.she has been threw all of this so far EEG: 9/26, 11/4, 11/6, 11/9
