Throughout this ordeal, I nearly lost my life due to severe complications from COVID-19. While in the hospital, I fought against sepsis, and my wife was only two hours away from passing. Despite the overwhelming challenges, we have fought relentlessly to rebuild our lives. My wife and I have faced countless hardships since the pandemic began. We tried launching a delivery service that initially sparked a flicker of success and even opened a store, believing it would be our fresh start, but the hardships continued to mount.

Our credit scores, once a testament to our hard work, plummeted, leaving us vulnerable and facing bankruptcy. Friends turned away, and organizations deemed us ineligible for assistance, claiming that we had once made too much money. It felt like we were fighting an uphill battle with no end in sight.
