My name is Chels, and I’m asking for help during one of the hardest moments of my life.

I recently left an abusive situation to protect my safety. Walking away was necessary, but it also meant losing the stability I once had. Right now I’m homeless and trying to rebuild from nothing while staying safe.

My goal is to relocate to another state where I have a better chance at stability, work, and a fresh start away from the environment that harmed me. I’m a writer and creative professional, and I’m determined to rebuild my life, but the first steps are the hardest without support.

The funds raised here will help cover the basic costs of starting over: transportation to relocate, temporary housing while I secure work, food, and essential necessities during the transition.

I’m not looking for a handout forever—just a chance to get to a safer place and stand on my own again.
