Hello to all who see this. Thank you for looking. Im trying to raise money to get back home from Southington, CT to Presque Isle, ME. Its a really long story but here's the rundown. My wife and I have recently been in contact with my cousin because he wanted to purchase our house. My wife and I were looking for a change. He was going to buy it, we were going to come down here to Connecticut and he was going to put us to work because he had a business. We rented a uhaul he came and got us and brought us down on the 22nd of December. He was still talking about the business all the way down here and everything sounded just as good as it had for the 4 or 5 months we've been planning all of this. Well unfortunately on Christmas night I ask him when he planned on us starting work we're gonna need more money sooner than later. My wife and I had decided to go all out for Christmas gifts for family we haven't seen in literally years, and a few we've never even met. This is when he decides to inform me that hes not going to be doing anymore jobs, he suddenly says his place isn't really big enough for my wife and I to stay with him and says hes got a friend that we can stay with until we get jobs and can get an apartment. Oh and by the way since hes not working anymore he is no longer buying our house. So here my wife and I sit at this guy's house stuck in his basement with a uhauls worth of our belongings piled outside covered as best they can be and no way to get back up to Maine. I feel really awkward asking for help like this. Ive never had to do anything like this before and dont even know if anyone is going to even see it but if anyone out there does and can PLEASE HELP it would be appreciated more than any of you could possibly imagine.
