My cousin and her family are going through hard times they bought a peice of property and they are going to be having to leave it this is the story three years ago they bought a peice of property in Monroe Maine the guy that they bought from told them that they pay it off and they will get the deed in hand they paid him faithfully every month as promised well come to close to them getting the deed in three small payments my cousin found a notification on Facebook for the auction that crashed there hopes and dreams they are foreclosing the lease Bec the man they bought from broke the rules of the lease he wasn't supposed to sell it till the lady he bought from was paid off he didn't show in court so the deed was terminated and they have to find somewhere to go he took 600 dollars from them last four months and never told them a thing they would give the shirts off there back to anyone they didn't deserve this they also had to have power shut off and lost there food they have to take there house down n clean up and go thus has made them loose hope please anything helps id like to get them to the goal but if i can't pretty close
