My mother is the only person I have left in this world. She has had 2 surgeries on her cancer already. It's still there. Only worse now. She needs help paying her rent and electric bill. We are both on fixed income and can't survive with the cost of living being what it is. She needs another surgery and Medicare will only cover some of the expenses. Please help us.
