We are a small Christian church in Clay County Illinois. We have a congregation of 25 members. We love our country church and have struggled to maintain it over the years. We are now faced with a unexpected major roof repair that is out of reach for us financially. The North Harter Christian Church was founded in 1905. Our pastor is Joe Smith and we all pitch in to find ways to keep our church in repair. The roof has developed major leaks and we had an estimate done by a trusted local man who says the project will require $12,000 to remedy the leaks and replace the roofing. We are hoping that there are people who read this who might lend us a helping hand. God bless you all.
