I’m Alec, a disabled veteran, and I’m starting this fundraiser because my car was totaled by someone whom crashed into me. Losing my vehicle so suddenly has been incredibly difficult, and it has left me in a tough position. A reliable car is not just helpful for me, it is an important part of my independence and daily life. Right now, I am facing the stress of trying to replace something essential that was taken from me without warning. 

The support from this fundraiser will go toward purchasing a reliable vehicle so I can get back on my feet and move forward with some stability. Having dependable transportation would make a real difference in my day-to-day life and help me regain a sense of security.
