The fundraiser will benefit my children and I. The funds will be used to pay the total past due balance of our rent to stop the eviction process. We need the funds as soon as possible! I would be so grateful to have this burden removed from me as a single mother in nursing school. I can afford the rent going forward but our transmission went out on our car and I had to pay for repairs which is how we got behind. It's hard to focus on school knowing I have a life changing event unfolding daily for the worse. It would mean everything to me and uplift my mood and spirits in the house as a single parent so that I can better care for my children and re-establish motivation during my last 6 months of nursing school.
