I am trying to adopt this little boy he was in Cps his custody in 2016 and when the mother regain custody of the other children I had I ended up keeping him so she’s agreed to let me adopt him but the retainer fee is 3500 so if anybody can just please find anything that they can, I would greatly appreciate it
