We are having a baby! Yay ✨️🎉🎊, but we need to move and downsize so that we are not struggling with a newborn in a run dow home, so I'm trying my hardest to move us into a new home, so that we can start fresh, our current home we are renting is falling apart and slumlord operated, water barely works, busted pipes under the home making our water bill sky high, faulty electrical, air conditioner is rigged to stay on causing the electric bill to be sky high, I've done all i can here but it's not worth 2k a month to stay in a home that's probably uninhabitable. 

So I'm asking for help, to cover the deposit, while I work my butt off to secure the rest. So my family is in a stable less stressful living environment.
