My passion in life is helping people. I strive to make people feel important, to allow them to know someone still believes in them and to just show them kindness. It’s getting to be that time of year in the inland  northwest, winter has creeped in and the overnight temperatures are colder each day That passes. I love to go out and hand out sleeping bags, hand warmers; foot warmers, hot food, fire starter, socks and gloves and hates. But all of those things take money, and as a full time mom and counselor at a non profit , I don’t have a lot of extra money to do what I love doing, and so I’ve decided, to take a shot and see if others might be willing to help me. I am fortunate I Have two places I can go and buy Used blankets in bulk but it still adds up, normally I just pay it all out of pocket, but this year I want to be able to do more.. if I see someone with no boots; I’d like to be able to buy them a pair of used boots.. the temperature gets so cold here people often loose toes from the cold. Because this is my passion, I face the challenges that  I don’t have a business , I can’t qualify for grant fund, one day I will, but for now if you can afford a couple dollars, ten dollars or any dollars, and would like to help, please do, if you can’t help please share. I have a group of friends that are also driven on this same mission, and will help me get out there in the cold and find people for all the supplies and food to go to.
