Ruth Donnelly needs help getting a roof put on this house and windows installed in it.  This will at least make the house able to be lived in. She will not be able to stay much longer where she is right now, and she has many cats and a dog and does not have the funds to rent anywhere not to mention they would not let her keep her cats. She owns this house, but it’s just not livable in its current state. She is on a very limited income and has a long list of health issues. Any help will be appreciated.
