My daughter who was 1 at the time was horribly abused by a babysitter sitter. My fiancé picked went to pick her up from the babysitters and she wouldn’t move or anything. She was unresponsive and unconscious she was rush to hospital. When she got there they got her she was going in to seizure. They got her stable and did full scans to find out she had a skull fracture and compressed vertebrae along with hand marks on her thighs. They then life flight her to children'  hospital. She was checked in a a trauma patient and put in the picu. They say she was shaking very badly and slammed again something hard. The 1st night was really rough we didn't know if she was going to make it through the night. She spent about 3-4 months way from home in the hospital and then into rehabilitation center. She is now permanently blind from the incident and will have many challenges to face throughout her life. She is such a sweet little girl and is adapting very well for what shes been through. She is a warrior ❤️ and a very strong little girl she is now 2. We are trying to modify the house to make it more suitable for a blind toddler. We would like to replace are stairs leading in to the house with a ramp for blind or visibly appeared. As she learns how to navigate with her occupation therapys and burial of blindness.
