This GoFundMe is for a homeless SWF who is living out of her deteriorating vehicle, Erica, who has had her life decimated over the last few years. Living out of her vehicle that is full of toxic black mold, she has been trying to save enough money to get her car insurance, license, & car registration legal, her transmission fixed that is leaking, replace her beloved stolen bike and continue to have hope for a happy life gain. Part of the circumstances as to why she is in this situation we are keeping private here, but it is really sick and inhumane.

If you know her, you know her favorite motto is "Kindness is Free", and right now she needs some of the kindness she gives out to all humans she meets, back in return. Please consider gifting her a gallon of gas, a meal, or share around she is rapidly losing hope.

But she is losing hope and is in danger bc her current home is the vehicle you see pictured growing mold, leaking water through the sunroof, and leaking transmission fluid constantly. She is attempting to drive across the country back near loved ones to shelter & safety, to her home state of Michigan... & she needs your help to get there.

She moved to Washington for a new job, and the hopes of restarting her life, which she recently lost, and needs to leave the state of Washington immediately. She has been rotating places to park that are often dangerous situations, her health is being effected by the mold growing in the vehicle and she is in desperate need of a miracle.

She also needs help keeping her home legal on paper, she needs a miracle right now.

Erica recently lost her job not bc of work ethic or ability, she was selling temp staffing services putting in 60 hours a week, in an over saturated market, fighting to safe her life.

Anyone who has worked in the staffing industry knows how challenging it is, and here it was near impossible... fighting for every dollar she was making, she would spend her weekends in the woods working on a book and future business plan dreams, that helped ease her loneliness out in a foreign state.

Now without a job or the financial means to get back to the Michigan community that ❤️ 's her legally and safely, her and her friends will be sharing this GoFundMe as she has to decide what of her limited belongings that are left she leaves behind in her storage unit here in WA bc she needs enough space to be able to sleep in her car as she attempts to raise enough money to make it back.

Maybe if she raises enough she can bring her items back with her and put into storage! She has been lugging not a lot of stuff, priceless things like her childhood baby books, clothes, an electric typewriter her Grandmother gave her that she has been hoping to have a home again one day to use, and other miscellaneous items.

Her beloved 1976 Schwinn bike was recently stolen along with the 2 locks, while the thieves used a knife to also cut her bike rack. Valued at almost $500, it is the last valuable possession she had owned and refused to sell over the years, no matter how bad it got.

Please help her get to safey, every penny counts!

The list of things the funds will be used for include keeping her vehicle legal to drive on paper, replacing her beloved bike, bike rack, and lock that were recently stolen, her most reliable transit. Her vehicle is currently going through bottles of transmission fluid, as you can see in one of the pictures. The sunroof is leaking, as you can see in one of the pictures, and she is removing the mold growing in it currently with peroxide & other topical methods.

She will use the funds, if able to raise enough, to fix the mold/sunroof, maintain being able to put transmission fluid in, food, water, gas, travel costs and if she can raise enough, bring all of her belongings with her if she could sleep in a hotel room one evening and shower.

Homeless shelters are maxed out everywhere in Washington and she needs to get "home".

She really needs a replacement bike for when she gets to safety, which the funds would go to as well, but right now she simply needs to get back closer to support, shelter, and love.

Erica is an accomplished professional who has been very brave going publically for help and is very grateful for the many humans who have sent her love, kindness and some donations... she is SO GRATEFUL!

Erica knows times are tough for everyone. Once back on her feet if she raises more than the initial ask and gets on her feet, she plans to pay it back 10x in anyway she can.

She is grateful for all of the love, kindness, help, and support she has received thus far and is terrified to end up in the streets, or worse. This is that serious.

Help her get back to community and on her feet so she can make her dreams of helping others in need feel safe, loved, and not give up hope.

She has a dream to create healing centers across the country but will never be able to do so if she does not get help to get above ground in this nightmare.

Someone even stole her beloved dog, her name was Polka Dot Sprinkles, a few years ago, which there is a police report to verify.

She has dreams of having a dog again one day, a reliable vehicle, even a home. Please help share her story and let's give this woman a chance to be happy again!

There is more loss and items your donations would help her with, but right now we just need time get her "home", in her vehicle... that is currently her "home".

She has ruptured disc's in her back and sleeping in the vehicle is starting to cause her to lose feeling in one of her legs and really needs to see doctors.

She has been working whatever jobs she can, managing this for the last three years, attempting to not go for help. She even worked at Wendy's to earn extra dollars, she has really been doing everything she can to not go for help!

Unfortunately, after recent break-ins to her vehicle, she had to spend $2,000 unexpectedly as well to replace the entire back hatch and side window of the vehicle after thieves smashed in her windows, stole her laptop and a version of her book she was writing. Your comments of love to her social media posts of the event really helped keep her going.

She is determined to not give up but is having a hard time keeping hope.

Please consider helping this woman, whose goal is to help humanity, get to shelter and community, safely & quickly.
