In Loving Memory of DeAngelo “Dee” Osburne

Affectionately known as Dee by his mother, Baby Boy by his older brother, D-Lo to his friends, and Coach Lo to the young athletes he mentored, DeAngelo was the ultimate hype man—a light in the Hampton community whose energy was contagious and love undeniable.

A proud graduate of Hampton High School and devoted member of the Plugboyz community, DeAngelo touched countless lives. Whether you knew him as a family member, a friend, a caring brother, a proud father, or through his work with his family's beloved business, Lickin’ Lipps—which fed so many in the community—DeAngelo was always there with a big smile and an even bigger heart.

Tragically, DeAngelo’s life was cut short due to senseless gun violence, leaving a deep hole in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him. His absence is felt every day, in every corner of the community he worked so hard to uplift.
