Hello friends,  my name is Anna, and my husband is Igor. We have three children, Elijah (5), Anthony(4) and Vanessa(1). Our life changed dramatically when our family was torn apart at the border of Ukraine and Poland due to the war.  

I was 6 months into my pregnancy with our third child when Igor was forced to stay in Ukraine. I traveled to USA alone with 2 small kids and pregnant.

When a new law passed, a year later, that allowed families with 3 children to cross border, I flew back to Ukraine  through Poland with my 3 years old son to cross the border again with my husband and proof of my 3 children. After 9 hours of waiting, we have finally stepped unto the Poland land.

One challenge overcame, we booked the flight to New Jersey.  Yet another challenge was awaiting us. After arriving on January 11, 2024, the Customs and Border Patrol stopped my husband and told him that he violated the terms of his USA greencard by staying out of the country over 6 months. His greencard was taken away  as so was he.

He was taken to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) .

Now Igor needs to refile for all the petitions:
I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-212, I-589, etc, to abtain a new greencard.

He has been detained for over 9 months already over at Moshannon Valley processing center.

After fighting this battle alone, we got no other choice then to hire a good lawyer who can help us.
I am left with no provider for our family, and no other recources to hire a lawyer.

As now a single mother raising three small, beautiful children on my own, please help our family get reunited! We need to hire an Immigration attorney to secure Igor's release by getting the new greencard.

After so many hardships, tears and struggles, I have realized that I can't do this without my communities help.
