This past Saturday, January 11, 2025, my beloved mother passed away at the age of 72 due to a severe sepsis infection in her intestines. The infection, which originated during her time at the nursing facility where she had resided for the past year, ultimately caused her liver and kidneys to fail.

I am starting this to raise funds for my mother's funeral and to cover the costs of a private autopsy. My mother was a kind, loving, and compassionate soul who touched the hearts of everyone she met. She did not deserve the mistreatment she endured during her time at the nursing facility.

After my mother suffered a stroke in 2020, I cared for her at home for four years. Unfortunately, I had to return to work, and placing her in a care facility became necessary. It pains me deeply that the care she received there contributed to her passing.
