On Saturday, October 12th, 2024, Jesse Ricketts entered eternal rest, surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Jesse’s heart was as vast as his talent—his generosity and passion for life touched every person who had the honor of entering his life. He was quick-witted, always ready with a clever remark or a joke to lighten any mood. His creativity flowed through his veins, and he beamed positivity and a “can-do” mentality, inspiring all he crossed. He traveled the world doing what he loved: capturing life through the lens of his camera. Jesse’s love didn’t stop with people, creativity, and adventure—he also had a deep connection to animals, treating them with the same kindness, compassion and affection he gave to anyone around him.
Jesse was a crucial part of some of the most viral commercials in the last decade, and his talent earned him many awards in film competitions. His spirit and work left a lasting impact on so many lives.
The Ricketts family has received an overwhelming amount of love and support during this tough transition; it brings peace to his loved ones, knowing how deeply he was adored and how his generosity, humor, and love for life and animals left an indelible mark on the world.
