Joe has been in hospital with medical issues and diagnosis is still being looked into his wife Charlotte has heart issues. Joe does work but he is on commission and since being in hospital he hasn’t been able to make any money and bills are not getting paid he needs to make car payment as well as rent and just basic stuff , anything will help please
