I hope this message finds you well. Recently, I've received an unexpected diagnosis of stage 2 Nodular Sclerosis Hodgkin's Lymphoma. As the primary breadwinner for my family of five children this news has been incredibly challenging. I have already started my first round of chemotherapy after being diagnosed 2 weeks ago, with the second of four rounds beginning on January 2nd. I had to skip on my children's Christmas this year to pay bills, and they will be devastated. 

This illness has taken a significant toll on me and my family, both emotionally and financially. We are struggling to make ends meet in the meantime and cover essential expenses like rent, bills, and food. As I wait to be approved for short term leave, your generosity could make a world of difference in helping us navigate through this difficult time.
