As everyone knows already, we lost my dad on 10/07 unexpectedly & fast. On 08/08 they found a brain mass on his front right lobe. It was removed on 08/11 after fighting several days to get his blood pressure down.  He came home on 08/13 & started going down hill. It started with gagging, then not eating, then not drinking, then sleeping more, to the point he dropped to 184 lbs. from 233. I took him back & forth to docs and radiation begging g for this to be addressed. Finally on 09/ 29 I took him for an infusion & demanded he be admitted until they could get it right. He was admitted & never made it back home. The night before he passed new scans were done & he had small tumors all over his brain stem. I almost feel like that's when he said I'm done because he went down hill. He passed the next afternoon at 2:58p. We have aice had his funeral thinking 1 of the 3 life insurance policies he had would pay for it. They didn't! The reason they didn't is because he had them for less than 2 yrs. As you know most require at least 2 yrs. Most of you know that he had custody of 4 grandsons & 1 niece. I now have custody of them. We are asking for donations to rest the balance left on the funeral & enough to get him a head stone. Every little bit counts so if you find it in your heart to donate then we would be very thankful!
