My rent was doubled and I couldn't afford to pay it so I gave up my apartment. I've been staying here and there but mainly living out of my car. Now my transmission went out. I'm in a power wheelchair and that was my only way of transporting it and myself.

I'm desperate or I wouldn't be here begging for help but I don't know what else to do.

I need money for an apartment AND having my vehicle repaired.

 I owned my own home but In  May of 2019 we had massive  flooding in our area but I survived that living on a hill. Then TWO tornadoes hit our town at the same time but I had minimal damage. 3 days later when the power was restored it burned my house down. I couldn't afford insurance so I was homeless then for a year before I found my apartment.

 Living on Social security doesn't Leave much for basic needs. I just need help getting back on my feet. Or wheels in my case.
