Our Beloved Daughter Rachel’s untimely (UNDETERMINED) death is the worst tragedy of Our Life. The Victim of Domestic Violence, Violent Sexual Assault & Police Brutality. 

We found Our Beautiful, Beloved daughter, Rachel Shayna Brooks dead in the home she shared with her 5 year old Son, Lennox on 12.19.2020. Rachel was the victim of more than 7 years of Domestic Violence and Sexual Violent Assault. Civil Rights Violations, Police Misconduct, Police Brutality, Wrongful Death, and We now believe a possible Hate Crime, starting with the Unlawful, Brutal arrest on 09/19/2020. The perpetrator made a false statement to the LVMPD and included their Son Lennox, this is a separate extreme crime. Rachel was Underweight, under her Doctor's care, suffered from Mental Illness and Pregnant. I pleaded with the officers. This body cam is also missing. The LVMPD did not call Safe Nest (PS417) to send out a qualified Domestic Violence, Sexual Violent Rape Counselor to determined what was best for Our Beloved Beautiful Daughter Rachel. The LVMPD is not qualified. The LVMPD left Rachel's LVMPD VOLUNTARY STATEMENT and their clipboard behind. We have both in our possession. Rachel was body chained and abused in The Clark County Detention Center. We have started with Rachel's clear statement in her notes from September 23, 2020 at 9:09 AM. After this extreme injustice, Rachel was terrorized by the LVMPD, and afraid to even go outside anymore! This was the beginning of Rachel's Untimely Death!

The lvmpd UNLAWFULLY &  BRUTALITY arrested Our Beautiful, Beloved, Daughter Rachel and then threatened to arrested her again, and this terrorized her for  the last 90 days of her precious life.

Maureen states to the LVMPD about the 7 and more years of Domestic Violence and Violent Sexual Assault, and demands DNA be taken from Rachel's clothes and a Rape Kit to be done.

No Last Goodby To Our Daughter. (Extremely Cruel and Unlawful, Extreme Violation of OUR Civil Rights). 

No DNA from Rachel's clothes, under her fingernails, or anywhere.

No Rape Kit.

No Fingerprints.

No Homicide Investigation. 

No bagged evidence.

The LVMPD failed to collect and preserve the evidence.

Over the past 7 and more years Rachel has called the LVMPD numerous times for Domestic Violence and/or Sexual Violent  Assault, with no arrest of the perpetrator and/or perpetrators.

We are now substantiating this with facts recovered by Apple Forensic Technicians through pictures, videos, and texts. We have witnesses, some ready to testify.

2:01PM - 2:44PM.

He wants to investigate.

He asked for all the LVMPD incident reports LLV200900084469 | LLV201000000319 | LLV201200082813, the perpetrators full names and said he is still required for the go ahead from the DA, AG, or the LVMPD. We are one of the only states that require this. We never got the go ahead. This is clearly an Obstruction Of Justice, a (COLD CASE) unresolved.
