The Shaw family is beyond saddened to share that our beautiful Justina Shaw has passed away.
She was a person who seem to have done everything right, clean lifestyle, kind and generous heart, but God saw fit to call her home at the young age of 42.
She was never given a fighting chance. In April 2024 Justina went in for pain under her right arm and some minor swelling. No prior symptoms. It was there she learned she has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. On Sunday, September 15, 2024 Justina passed peaceful.
Those that knew her were embraced with her love, her generosity, her brilliant mind, quick wit and her beautiful smile.
Thank you for honoring the family wishes to allow her nieces and nephew to receive the news embraced by their family before sharing socially.
Arrangements will take place in Washington DC, a place she loves.
All donated funds go directly to Justina's sister, Jacinta Shaw. Jacinta managed her care with her family and hospice and funeral related expenses. Site was only setup by Carrie Brandon.

1mo agoJustina touched so many with her relentless energy and wisdom in helping entrepreneurs at the David W. Fletcher Incubator at Hagerstown Community College. I met Justina almost 4 years ago and considered her a friend and could call her anytime and know she would answer. I want her sister, family, and friends to know she was incredibly respected and well liked by all who met her and helped so many with their goals and aspirations. I’ll miss her greatly. Xo
