Thank you for your consideration, I’m a Sarasota county educator and I was diagnosed with breast cancer in early March.  In the last six weeks I have had a double mastectomy and a second surgery removing the lymph nodes from the right side.  I will be undergoing chemotherapy treatment over the next several months.  Due to the treatment and surgeries I have had to take a leave of absence and my salary has stopped until treatment is completed and I return to my students.  Any assistance will go towards medical and household responsibilities.  Thank you.
