The sand in her toes, the sun on her cheeks, the waves singing in her ears. Katrina loved the beach, islands, cruises, and anything that fell under the category of “tropical.”

On March 26, 2026, she took her final breath after a long and arduous battle with cancer. She battled every moment she could to stay with her kids, friends, and family. But now she can rest in the best way she knew how: Laying on the beach.

Please consider donating any amount possible to allow her children to spread her ashes in the two places she loved best: Treasure Island, FL and Orcas Island, WA.

All funds will be used toward flight and travel costs associated with achieving these goals. Absolutely no funds will be used for personal gain or benefit. In the event there are funds leftover post-travel costs, that money will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
