My youngest son JC, desperately needs a kidney transplant (neither Kidney is functioning)! He has been on dialysis for three years!. he is 42 years old, and has a daughter 20, son that is 14 years old, and three young children ages 5,4 and two.  JC has been working all of his preteen, teenage, young adult, and adult life! He currently drives a big rig accepts work at every opportunity.

he has recently found a donor and is awaiting kidney transplant surgery. His expenses will be considerable as he won’t be able to work for at least a couple of months. Unfortunately, he has no savings. Also his donor is seeking compensation since she will also be off work for a month or two!

When he knows that he has funding he will be surgery ready ,so the need is as soon as possible! 
The facts are, this family would be lost and devastated if he doesn’t receive a trans plant soon and falls more ill or possibly succombs   to his illness.  Being a great father., a good provider and husband to his children and wife, he also for the last 10 years, has taken in his mother and father into his home. His mother recently passed away at the age of 78 at home in March of this year. He still takes care of his dad who is elderly. 
   We, , the family, would be eternally grateful if we could secure some help with our monthly expenses while he recuperates. Where he gets his energy to deal with three small children.(he regularly takes them out after completing his shift or on his off days to give his overworked wife a small break.), only God knows!
