Saleigha was diagnosed with Cronic Crohns Disease on her birthday June 26th 2023. She just turned 14 and on her way to High School. She’s been hospitalized for over 3 months in hopes to find the source of her extreme pain she’s been experiencing for over 8 months prior. She’s lost over 35 pounds and hasn’t been able to eat for about 2 months now. After several tests were ran they found a large scarred mass of intestines had formed into a ball the size of a grapefruit and began attaching itself to every major organ in her body. If untreated results could have been fatal. In the fight my daughter has shown so much strength which has also strengthened me. This has taught me that God himself can do all things. Her first surgery was 10 hrs long and by Gods grace we are another step ahead. Without being able to work to keep things flowing and with insurance having a cap we need the help from our community, loved ones and friends to pitch in and assist us on our journey. I’m not a fan of asking for help but yet again God has taught me that EGO gets you nowhere. Funds would be used towards medical bills,medical supplies, school supplies, and necessities needed with recovery. We would greatly appreciate your prayers and sharing as well.
