In 2020 I got sick with covid,  i almost did not make it, since then in 2023, I started feeling ill, loosing weight,  aappetite. 

Went to see my doctor he had blood work done on me and to see a radiologist,  came back with bad news on my results from my doctor that I had scirosis of the liver stage 4.

I was internally bleeding and had to see a GI doctor,  they had to stop the internal bleeding by putting bands down my throat,  

I was traveling from my home to my specialist in San Antonio wish is 2.5 hours away.

I started having more complications,  fluid build up, from 2023 to 2025 they started every 2 weeks paracentes and thoracentesis they drain my fluid from my belly and lung area.

The only alternative was to have a tips operation from my liver and installed a stent to bypass the fluid,  its not a fix its just a relief,  it been one year now as my liver condition has gotten worse my Mel score is a 18 from 06-40 , with 40mel score being the worst,  that is how they can tell thru blood work how my liver is doing.

Now, I am seeing a liver institute team, for a liver transplant,  i have gone thru so many test witj different doctors, in and out of the hospital,  in San Antonio,  

I am being told I need a liver transplant before my condition gets worse,  and for me to start looking for a living donor, a family member, a friend or even someone want to help save a life.

I have private insurance my insurance would cover all the cost, 

I have a small saving for emergency over the years I managed to save some money for emergency or retirement,  

My current insurance is not covering everything, and I been getting medical bills in the mail for balance not covered by my insurance,   i have set up a payment plan, but now my insurance do not want to cover certain meds I need and out of pocket its about $3,000.00 for meds not covered by my insurance,  i am still fighting it with insurance trying to get them to help pay for cost or even discount. 

That does not included personal expenses for fuel lodging that comes out of pocket I'm having to pay,

I have may more testing to have done to prep me for liver operation,  i will be in hospital for about 2 weeks, plus many other unexpected expenses,  i might financially manage with remaining saving, but my savings can exhaust very soon..

I don't qualify for Medicare because,  i have a small business and pay myself as an employee..

Any funding donation  help would definitely be appreciated,  or even suggestions,  

What would be even more a blessing is a living donor.
