About this fundraiser

Aloha

I was ask if I could do a mural at Lori Wilson Park for the lifeguards. There was only some money used to cover some paint.. I love what I do when I said yes we’ll figure it out how to pay for it. The Lord put all my heart you’re gonna do this . Ā Certain challenges pop up that I didn’t think about and when was getting a lift and being able to afford it.. I decided to go the cheap way and try to use my ladders and ladders donated. I did not feel comfortable about this and after the set up, no one felt comfortable about it.. I got on the phone and talked to Home Depot and they said they would donate four hours for a lift. I have realized I need many more hours and it’s come to the point where or why don’t I ask for help? Ā Then the thought came…. in a lot of my volunteering, my heart goes out for the local foster children, and I am involved in volunteering for them and our veterans and first responders. My mind started to unravel. Why not do this in the honor of those I have been serving and let it go from there.. Hopefully I can cover some costs . so I just put a money amount in hopes that I can donate at least a percentage to the lifeguards and the rest to our local foster kids programs in projects involving recognition and support for them. I wrote a book called impacted and how we make an impact on others.. I’m walking this out now and Faith with my paintbrush and I would love to invite you to be a part of this as this is never done by one person.. by donating towards this, you are part of the mural and you are part of the impact. Thank you for your love thank you for your involvement and thank you for your prayers. And most of all thank you to those. They give up their lives that we may live a better life or live at all..Ā

Once again thank you for taking the time to hear about the Lord Wilson lifeguard mural project.
