About this fundraiser

Tuesday around 2pm I had an uncontrollable chest pain that would not subside as I was working in my studio at home.  The pain got worse and I knew I had to act fast.  I hopped into my car and my chest and arm was radiating with emense pain as I struggle to keep my balance.  Luckily there was a Health Office and urgent care next door.  I hopped out of the car and explained at the front desk what I was feeling.   Felt like my chest and left arm was on fire as I was sweating and getting nauseous.  The medical staff there immediately gave me a bag and I started vomitting uncontrollably.  Blood pressure through the roof I thought I was feeling better. I was having a heart attack and they gave me aspirin and called the ambulance.  Rushed to the hospital and immediately the surgeons sprung into action.  The fact that I was so quick to respond to what was happening saved my life along with the surgeons at Legacy Emanuel Hospital. Blocked arteries in my heart although on the outside I looked and felt perfectly fine all my life. I have 3 stents in my heart but I am here to tell about it.  I want to thank everyone that has been checking on me during this trying time.  Always listen to your body. I had to finally share this journey.  Any donations and help is truly appreciated because I will be out of work for a few weeks and medical bills are through the roof.  I usually don't ask for help but at this time I truly need all the help I can get.

Thanks in advance.
