Robert has some unexepected medical bills for a pretty urgent surgery that he needs. And they need to pay the out of pocket portion. He has a blockage in his left arm, just spent 3 days in the hospital being tested, CT's, MRI's, etc. They do have insurance BUT everyone knows that doesn't cover everything. They live payday to payday like most Americans do but they have also had a run of bad luck with home repair stuff!  

Example: washing maching quit with 9 people in the house! 

So this is creating some stress about how to eat and still get his surgery!

Anything helps when you have to decide between eating or a dang surgery!
