Im fundraising for myself. I currently was getting botox medically for rock hard muscles in neck n shoulders. First couple times went great but uped the dose n this time spread into other muscle causing them to paralyze. Can't sit or stand with out pain cause my neck has hard time holding up my head. Can't bend over to even hook up dog or fold laundry or even cut up watermelon. It's been in n out of er to try n get psin under control. It's been a month already n could last 3 more months  my car gonna b takin n I only have 3000 to pay on it. Thank you
