Hello my Name is John Henegar I've recently been placed on a triple transplant list Double lungs and heart I'll be in the hospital know less than 2 month for recovery then I have to live within a 30 mile radius of Vanderbilt Hospital for another 4 months so my family and I have to relocate to Nashville area for that time until I'm able to move back home we're asking for help with this expense in the relocating to Nashville and to help with everything else we are raising our 3 granddaughters on our own I'm on a fixed income from my military benefits I only Draw that on myself my granddaughter's aren't eligible for it because we haven't adopted them yet so all we have coming in is my benefit we had to give up our job of 28 years Driving truck as team because of my health and the kids were not the type of people to ask anyone for anything but now we have decided we have know choice but to ask for your help with this.
