We would like to take a moment to sincerely apologize for any delays in service you may have experienced on Friday, October 24. During dinner service, one of our beloved team members, Miguel, suffered what appears to have been a life-changing stroke while at work. Emergency medical services were called immediately, and our entire team’s attention and care turned to supporting him through this frightening and critical moment.
As many of you know, our restaurant is built on a family-first culture — not just among our staff, but with our guests as well. Miguel has been a cherished member of our family for years, always bringing warmth, positivity, and dedication to his work. While we did our best to continue serving our guests that evening, our primary focus was ensuring Miguel received the urgent medical care he needed.
We deeply appreciate the understanding, patience, and compassion shown by so many of you that evening. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.
Miguel has a long road to recovery ahead, and we ask that you keep him in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
