Misty passed suddenly and didn’t have insurance. Our family needs your help to have her moved to George co Mississippi from picayune Mississippi and cremated. We will be planning a celebration of life for close family sometime soon. Misty Nicole Thompson, 47 ,of Benndale Mississippi passed away unexpectedly Saturday, March 2,2024. She was born on February 15,1977 in Pascagoula MS, to Alesha Colleen Maddox and Dave Thompson.

Misty absolutely loved making people laugh,(she was very contagious). She enjoyed being around her fur babies and never wanted to leave them at the house by themselves for long. She was always making someone’s bad day into something positive to make them feel better. She was the easiest person to take out to eat because she always chose China Town on Main Street Lucedale. She could convince a rock it was light and a feather it was heavy. She was currently a college student and had A&B’s. She wanted to be a psychiatrist (she enjoys watching and studying people from a distance). She loved her kids with a passion and did what she could to make it known. She is proceeded in death by her mother (Alesha Maddox) father (Henry Maddox) and her Aunt (Frances Smith).

Misty is survived by her loving kids. Daughters Destiny Thompson & Courtney Holland.  Sons Hunter Jones & Micole Jones. Son in-law Jessie Holland. Sister Callie Tanner. Brother in-law Derek Tanner. Her beloved grandkids Luke Holland, Madison Holland & Riverlyn Jones. Nephews Landon Kirkland, Oliver Tanner and Ryder Tanner. Cousins Tanya Lizana,  Neicie Rouse-Benton, Dale Mcveay, Babette Mcveay. Boyfriend Kenneth slay And many more extended family/friends.

As we say goodbye let us remember the care and joy she brought to our lives through her lifetime. She will continue to shine brightly in our memories. May she forever be a reminder to live a life with kindness and compassion.
